Bora Asku AW 15

Love is in the air folks. Or so Bora Asku will have you think. The first show of LFW for me and what a way to kick it off. High romance, just a hint of gothic drama and lots of texture was on the cards with Bora Asku's AW15 collection. Inspired by Oscar Wilde's The Nightingale and The Rose, Bora Asku's fairytale collection features all of his best hallmarks in a series of gorgeous statement pieces that move seamlessly from thee floaty and girly to dark and seductive.

From soft feminine lilacs to the deepest black. Bora Asku is working within my colour palette. Blues, purples, blacks and golds make a magnificent bruise collection which is high on detail and with  just enough fantasy while remaining wearable. Roused flowers, lace griding and sheer layering allowed for a shamelessly girly collection with just enough bite to get beneath the skin. If this is what to look forward to next Winter, sign me up.
